Notes:
- There’s not much to say about this week – I felt great on all of my runs, and wanted to run more, but needed to rest for my Sunday race. So I did as much running as I could in the beginning of the week!
- Friday was the first time I was brave enough to use my swimming headphones since one got stuck so far in my ear. I was really careful when I took them out, and one wanted to stay in, but I had my fingernail on it, so it came out. Phew!
- My 5K went exactly how I thought it would Sunday (except I thought my final split would be a lot more positive than it was, so it’s good I was wrong there!). I feel like 5K training is on track! I will post more about the race this week!
I tracked you down.. You replied to one of my posts at wwwDOTblogspotDOTzippiknitsDOTcom …sometimes. And you asked, am I a knitter. And yes, I am a knitter.
I’m saving a link to your blog because you are just too interesting to lose contact with.. again! Have a Lovely week!
