Notes:

  • Strength class was canceled Monday night due to snow coming down during commute time. It’s always a bummer when class is canceled, but it meant I could rest a bit more (with the cough I had) and go to bed earlier!
  • My cold stuck with me all week so I only did easy workouts, and skipped speedwork, a 5K I was thinking about, and swimming (I can’t swim when I can’t breathe out of my nose). I am grateful I could still work out, because I would lose my mind if I couldn’t. I do hope this cold goes away this week though. I keep thinking I am better, then the cold turns a new course. Eyeroll.
