Notes:
- We did a running in place move in my classes this week that destroyed my calves! I actually had to get The Stick out and use it to massage my legs. It’s odd that it affected me so much. As a result of it, I felt pretty sore on Tuesday and Saturday, and was concerned it would make me feel horrible during the race on Sunday. Luckily, it didn’t!

I loved working out with you FOUR TIMES last week!!!
I was not pushing myself very hard with running in place (oops!), so it didn’t end up bugging my calves.
I loved it too! I hope a spot opens up for you in Mondays so you can start in June and I get to see you MOAR! Otherwise, there is a spot in July. Advance warning I am not teaching July 31 🙂
Or your calves are just fine! I wonder if mine were all wound up!
