Notes:
- I’ve had a headache on Monday the last two weeks, and consequently, haven’t run that day. Blah. I think last week’s was from being on the go all weekend with the baby shower, and this week’s was because our upstairs furnace kicked on in the morning and had a burning smell to it (which bothered my head). I hope next week starts out better!
- Blah, I would think I’d learned this by now, but no – I HAVE to wear gaiters around here when it’s raining or after it’s rained. I do so much running on the shoulder that LOTS of rocks get in my shoes and socks if I don’t have gaiters on. Which is what happened on my Wednesday speed/hill session.
- Eek, I did NOT manage my time well this week. I really need to get workouts in in the morning if I want to get them in – our days are too busy with chores and errands, and now, preppy for guests for the holidays. I hope I do better this week!
- Gosh, I felt so good after teaching fitness boxing on Sunday. Quite a few people came up to me after to say how much they like the class – how nice of them! You can’t really go wrong with getting to punch (and sometimes kick!) other people, but I like to think the touches I add to class make it fun, too. Ha ha.
Sorry about the headaches 🙁
I find getting workouts in early is better too (for time management) but I’m def not an early bird 🙂
Thanks! So far I don’t have one today! I really felt for you when you said you got a migraine in New Orleans 🙁
I am totally out of the habit of working out before work (which requires a wake-up time with a 4 in it!) since my training partner moved! But I did it today! It helped that I slept like crap and that Data woke me up by vomiting 🙂
Nothing like the sound of a vomiting animal to make you wake right up in the morning 🙂 Ok I def could not do your mornings 4??? What time do you go to bed at?
Right? Ha!
Well, last night, I was in bed at midnight and up at 4:00 🙁 But that was an odd night. I am usually in bed by 10:00 and 6 hours of sleep isn’t really enough for me, hence my lack of morning workouts before work! 🙂
Def not enough I like a minimum of 8 and the last week or so sometimes I’ve slept for 12 but I think thats just my body catching up after getting rid of my work stress.
I think you need some naps built into your schedule if you are going to do that and work out as much as you do 😛
I hope you do get rid of that work stress soon!
I do build naps in to my schedule – seriously! I get up at 3:45 every Friday to teach a class and I definitely take a nap on the Fridays I don’t work!
