How to make friends at the airport
Have a dog with you!
In this case, my soon-to-be sister-in-law’s dog! I was only watching her (Chevy) for a short bit while her mom was getting food, but several people asked me about her! Awww.
She’s actually on a different flight than me. Next time we see my brother and his family, we’ll be in Alaska!!! Yay!
A couple of years ago when my brother was going out to Seattle to visit my grandparents, he ended up on TWO flights next to dogs, and I was beside myself with jealousy. I’m pretty sure having a dog to hang out with on a flight would be the only thing that would make me enjoy flying haha.
And they’d probably take up less space than people. Ha ha… if they actually were on the seat by themselves!
Chevy is absolutely adorable! You’re right, cute pups are an instant conversation starter. I read an article once saying if men want to meet women, they should just walk around town with a dog. Apparently it makes you seem much more approachable if you have a pet, too. =D
I bet that totally works!
A Frenchie breeder I talked to once said a reporter asked to take one of her dogs out for the day to see how may women talked to him. Apparently, he got like 20 phone numbers!
I believe it!!!
That dog is adorable! I can’t resist dogs or babies in public places.
Hope your trip is going well!!
What’s really funny is a young girl brought a baby golden retriever to the wedding and she kept handing it around and holding my brother’s baby! LOL!!! They are two unresistable things!
Yes they are (says the person who was on the ground petting a tiny puppy on Saturday morning after breakfast)!!!
Awww, cute! Hope the trip went well!
Chevy is such a cutie! Have fun in Alaska!!
Awww, it is funny how people will speak to you when they see a pet and make conversation. What a little darling!
