Random Thoughts Thursday XXV
- I present to you… the cutest video ever! Of Gina‘s son Luca, of course. When we came back from our race on Saturday, Steven was all excited – “Watch what Luca says when I say ‘What?!’!”
All cuteness credit goes to Gina & Steve
- I officially surpassed my 2011 running mileage last night! I’m done running for the year now! Just kidding… this cold (sickness, not weather) could potentially cut in to my running a bit, though.
- We had so much awesome food at Fanksgiving and a fun time preparing it! I cannot wait for Fanksgiving 2013 with Gina, Steve and Luca!
- My earring kept getting caught on my scarf yesterday. I am not sure why I need to share this. Maybe to let you know it made me irrationally angry and drop the f-bomb at my desk… which I now share with favorite coworker. Sorry, fave coworker.

oh my gooodnesssss, he is sooooooooooo cute!! Them cheeks!
woooo, congrats on passing 2011 miles!
I know! I want him to come back so I can squeeze them!
Thanks! 🙂
YAY YEARLY MILEAGE PR!
And I have now exceeded my “watch cute video of cuter baby” PR, by a gajillion. I could seriously watch that 100 more times 🙂
Ha ha ha! I have watched it a zillion times too! 🙂 It just doesn’t get old 🙂
Congrats on the yearly mileage PR!
Your Fanksgiving looks great!
Way to go on beating your mileage from last year – that’s awesome! Have you shared how many miles that is, because I’m really curious! I beat mine too – you know, because last year’s mileage was…. 0.
I’ve totally had the earring/scarf problem (also bad with turtlenecks) and it is REALLY annoying!
I hope you’re not too sick for our tentatively scheduled run on Monday! Because you being sick is actually about me. Hope you feel better soon!
It was 1485 miles in 2011. And I am at 1485.4 now 🙂
Ugh! Yes! Turtlenecks too! No more dangly cute earrings!
We are definitely running on Monday! I miss you! I should be done being pathetic and coughy by then 🙂
Yay! Can you believe our last run was in OCTOBER? Where did November go?!
Gah! It has been MUCH. TOO. LONG!!!!!!!!!!
What?! You beat last year’s mileage? Oh Wow!
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh my goodness! That’s a cute video of both Luca and Steven! Both so excited!!! 🙂
It’s my favorite Luca vid to date! So glad you captured that! And hello, mileage! That is incredible! Can’t wait to up some of that mileage with you in Dec!
Cute video! Steven and Luca are adorable. 🙂
Congrats on your mileage! Mine isn’t anywhere near 2011 (though I haven’t checked it in a while because I’m certain it’s WAY off due to the marathon last year).
Your Fanksgiving looked awesome. We had a Friendsgiving but it was on Nov. 12th. I burnt my finger really bad that day though and it is still not completely healed so I am reminded of it often.
Oh my gosh I want to steal that baby!
Congrats on the mileage milestone, sorry to hear you’re sick. Only 14 or so races left this year, right? 🙂
Yep! Only 15 left!!! JK, 2 more. Phew 😉 Any more for you?
Sorry you feel bad. 🙁 WTG on the new yearly mileage PR!
That video made me smile – it is so cute!
That video made me smile this morning! He is so cute! Love that age.
I have the same problem with scarves and dangly earrings, so much so that I don’t combine the two anymore. It’s just too annoying!
Oh my gosh!!!! So cute!!!!!
Your Thanksgiving celebration looks wonderful!! What all did you guys end up making? I spy mashed potatoes and tofurkey and dressing and pumpkin pie. What else? I must know because I’m already missing Thanksgiving food.
Hee hee! We made those stuffed mushrooms that that blogger linked to from your last bookclub. And a new cranberry recipe that had bicardi and dried apricots in it. Rhode’s rolls (sp?), cornbread, pecan (pronounced pe-CAN by Steve and Gina) pie, green bean casserole, roasted veggies and potatoes with the Tofurkey… it all turned out good! The only iffy things were the two new recipes (mushrooms and cranberries) and we think they just needed to be tweaked a bit 🙂
That video is just ADORABLE. One of my coworkers has a 9-month old boy and shares pictures and videos of him all the time, and it always makes me melt.
Looks like you had an amazing Thanksgiving!!!!!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Luca video!! YAY for surpassing your 2011 running mileage!!! You rock!!! Fanksgiving looks like it was a great success and very fun (good looking food and cute decorations!)!!!
=^..^=
Some things are worth dropping the f-bomb for. That looks painful.
