Introduction
Hi! I'm Kim, a 34-year-old living in Chicagoland with my husband, Steven, and our cats, Khali, Apollo, and Starbuck. I work in the design industry (architecture), follow a vegan lifestyle, am addicted to running, and am an ACE certified personal trainer (working at Essential Fitness, LLC ("Efit"))! I write about a variety of topics, and consider this a "life" blog - a place I can share anything that's on my mind. Please visit the "About" page to get a better idea of who I am! :-)

Pot pie? That’s what I am making for dinner!
Yes! Do you make it like this, in one large pie pan? I had never seen it this way before. I will be heating some up for dinner for sure 🙂
I WANT TO GO TO THERE!!!! WHAT IS THIS RECIPE PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!
Come on over! To my house!
We used crescent rolls to make the crust, Fake Meats soy curls, Fake Meats gravy mix, then carrots, peas and celery. So simple and SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🙂
is that vegan sheperd’s pie? I have never had shepered’s pie before. Looks good!
Is that the same thing as a pot pie? That is what we called it, but it could be the same thing 🙂 All I know is… I crave comfort foods when it’s cold and this totes fit the bill! 🙂
That looks YUMMY!!!!
Yummmmy!
Wow that looks delicious! Can you deliver it over to my place in 15 minutes? 🙂
How about an hour? 🙂 Oops. Only a quarter of it is left now 🙂
LOOKS DELICIOSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to pick off the crust from the upper right-hand picture and eat that by itself. =)
