Thoughts:
- I am thinking it is time for a short break and running some shorter distances. But if I put that in writing, it will probably not happen. We’ll see, I guess! I still have four races left this year (how did that happen?)!
- I had my first real sports massage yesterday. My hamstrings and feet (weird?) are really tight. Sigh. I know, I know!!! I’m all wound up!
Congrats on finishing another marathon!! Hope you are feeling better today.
“Felt good, then, not so good” – that about sums it up, doesn’t it?
YAY for SHORTER DISTANCES!
That’s the extent of my race report 🙂
no way! you have to recap at least a little!
Congrats on finishing the marathon!!! And sports massages are awesome!! I only get those when I’m doing PT for an injury though…And **knocks on wood** I haven’t had to get one of those in a while!!
And YAHOO for shorter distances!!!
Congrats on the marathon – wow! Sounds like a pretty great weekend, by the way. It is awesome to connect with like-minded people.
I’m a huge fan of the sports massage. For me, massage is not about “oooh, I’m going to relax” but “OW! Hurts so good!”.
Yeah, it was not relaxing AT ALL!
where do i sign up to run a marathon with you?? 😀
Ha ha ha. Don’t ask me, because I say yes to everything and am not very fast so it could be miserable for you 🙂
Just your typical training week: A few 3 mile runs and a marathon. A marathon!? Wow! Congrats!
I love how you just sneak that marathon in there 🙂 It’s still a big deal to cover that kind of distance, you know.
Ha ha. I guess it doesn’t feel like it anymore! Maybe it will again if I start running less distance 🙂
Wow! What an awesome training week! I love that you have marathon on the end as a long run. One day I will get there. For now I am just sticking to 13.1 haha :).
oh you know, just ran a marathon on saturday. haha, I LOVE that. Great week lady!
LMAO… “Felt: good, then, not so good” BEST RACE RECAP EVER!!!!
Hee hee hee. Happy you liked it 😀
Sprinter Kim! Why not? 🙂
You ran a marathon?! 🙂
Oh. My. God. I cannot believe you just up and did a marathon like that. You never cease to amaze me. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
Thank you 🙂
