Lessons learned:
- Apparently, strength workouts are harder when it’s super hot out. BUT! I can run in the heat. Uh… when I find the time.

Really? I feel it’s the complete opposite. I find it much easier to go to the gym, with the nicely controlled temperature, and lift than go out in a 30 degrees weather and run. It can’t be coincidental that I haven’t run more than 4 miles for months..
I think it’s that I sweat so much, and when I use our treadmill at home, I just feel the sweat pile up with no breeze on me. Well, theoretical outdoor breeze 🙂
